Meet Dr. Tony H. Huynh
Ophthalmology
Dr. Tony Huynh is a board certified vitreoretinal surgeon who has been practicing in the Seattle and Eastside area since 2009. He has been consistently recognized as “Top Doctor” in both Seattle Met and Seattle Magazine since 2011. His approach to caring for his patients is to treat each person like they are his own family. Dr. Huynh and his team place great importance in listening to each person’s concerns, taking the time to explain the conditions that affect the retina and to thoroughly answer questions. Dr. Huynh and his friendly and knowledgeable technicians become the patient’s own retina team.
Dr. Huynh attended University of Oregon where he received his Bachelor of Science. He continued onto medical school at Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Medicine, followed by his ophthalmology residency at Kellogg Eye Center at University of Michigan. His training concluded with his fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at University of California, Irvine. During his training, he became board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Outside of the office, Dr. Huynh enjoys riding his motorcycle on sunny days. He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy finding new areas to kayak, hike and ski. They also enjoy exploring new restaurants and cooking at home. He and his wife share their home with three talkative shelties.
"I have been one of his monthly patients for 8 years +. Dr. Huynh is unquestionably second to none."— Patient of Dr. Huynh's
